We were asked to determine the key drivers of customer satisfaction and help the brand can move the needle. We delivered cross-functional workshops across the 5 UK brands to develop strategies and built a financial model and test-and-learn plan. We then implemented a tiered system to allow better-performing retailers to deliver faster responses to customer issues independent of the brand.
